Cancellation Policy
Cancellations permitted 14 days prior to booking minus card surcharges. After 14 days a 50% booking fee applies Rescheduled meetings can occur 7 days prior to booking. Board room is equipped for maximum 12 attendees. Additional seats can be arranged with notice; potential charges may apply. Included: - WiFi - Video Conferencing facility inc 80' LED TV - Tea and coffee station - Cold filtered water - Fridge - Fully accessible including Disabled toilet Barista coffee machine and milk steamer can be arranged at an additional charge Room is set up as Board Room as standard. Tables and chairs are movable. Appreciate accidents happen and that you are liable for any damage regardless of reason. All bookings inspected prior to and after.
