Aspire and Grow Therapy Services are proud to be partnered with Trilogy Care, a registered Home Care Package provider enabling us to support you with your MyAgedCare therapeutic support needs.

Who is Trilogy Care and why?

​​Aspire & Grow Therapy Services has partnered together with Trilogy Care due to the deep alignment of our values, vision and purpose. ​ Trilogy Care, a registered Home Care Package provider, can enable you to self-manage your Home Care Package.

 

​Both organizations are focused on empowering you to maximise your care hours and well-being by giving you choice, control, and independence over your care. ​​

 

One of the benefits of self-management is the freedom to choose your own care workers and service providers. This means you can continue to work with Aspire & Grow while having your services funded by your Home Care Package budget.

Aspire & Grow's role?

Aspire & Grow Therapy Services provides various services that can be funded under your Home Care Package – subject to your individual care plan and allocated care budget.

 

Working with Trilogy Care and Aspire & Grow means you will spend less on Home Care Package management fees, allowing you to spend more of your Home Care Package budget on the things that matter – care and services to help you stay at home longer.
